Student health in teaching and research

The Student Health Management programme,‘mein beneFIT@upb.de’, is an integral part of the ‘Gesunde Hochschule Paderborn’ initiative and stands for scientifically sound, strategically grounded health promotion. We combine practice, research and teaching to create structures that strengthen student health in the long term.

Our approach is based on close collaboration between university departments, partner institutions and external networks. Projects such as GeKoNnTeS, the new health module, ‘Active Teaching’ or the specialised programme ‘Good Healthy School’ demonstrate how health literacy can be developed at the university and transferred to other contexts.

Awards, publications and collaborative partnerships underscore Paderborn University’s commitment to quality and its pioneering role in the field of student health.
