The International Relations Office of Paderborn University regularly invites to virtual events on various topics of internationalisation. On Tuesday, June 20, Nicola Weinert und Henriette-Juliane Seeliger will present the European university alliance "COLOURS" (COLlaborative innOvative sUstainable Regional univerSities) and two of the partner universities. Together with eight other European universities, in 2021 Paderborn University founded the European university alliance "COLOURS". The partners want to strengthen their European network, increase their international visibility and promote mobility within Europe. In addition, a multidisciplinary approach is to be developed to jointly tackle the global societal challenges of our time.
In addition to a general presentation of the La Mancha Univeristy in Spain and the Jan Dlugosz University in Poland, possible starting points for joint cooperation with Paderborn University in research, studies, teaching and administration will be highlighted. As part of the event, interested participants are cordially invited to exchange ideas with the partners, make contacts and ask questions.
About “International Tuesdays”
Internationalisation at Paderborn University is a cross-sectional task and cannot be successful without the effort, energy, and enthusiasm of a great variety of units and people. Since the summer semester of 2021, the event series “International Tuesdays” brings together members of Paderborn University to present their work or best practices and talk about their ideas and experiences in a casual environment.
