I am researching how process mining methods can be applied to knowledge-intensive processes. I am particularly interested in how LLMs can help to make implicit knowledge visible and usable. Dr. Josephine Beryl Fish­er

As a psycholinguist, I study how conversation partners respond to one another verbally during explanations. I am particularly interested how people to whom something is being explained actively shape the explanation process. I analyze verbal behavior with regard to the co-construction of explanations—specifically explanatory structure and strategy.
