The Welcome Services for international researchers and employees regularly organise networking opportunities for international university members. For the second time, the team, which is part of the International Relations Office, organised a Get-Together for international researchers in the International Meeting Centre of the Jenny Aloni-Guest House.
The after-work event on 8 March brought together 15 researchers to get to know their international colleagues and network over board games, snacks and soft drinks. In addition to board games, guessing and group games in particular encouraged a lively exchange. "It's great to see that the Get-Together events have been so well received," said Davina Stiller, Assistant to the Vice President for International Relations, "we want to follow up on this and have already collected further suggestions for future events."
In addition to welcome and networking events, the Welcome Services organise the "International Coffee Break" which takes place on every second Thursday of the month in front of the Bona Vista Café and everyone interested is invited to join without prior registration.
