Overview

The Game-UP project focuses on the development, implementation and evaluation of a Game-UP chatbot to provide real-time IT security assistance combined with gamification elements and micro-learning units in the sense of small learning units. The project is funded by the BMBF.

Objective

This is implemented in the project in five work packages (WP).

M1 GameUP CONNECT: Connection of external sources via interfaces and servicesM2 GameUP KNOWLEDGE BASE: Creation of editorial articles, help and tips as texts, podcasts, video clips, taking into account possible problems and questions of the end usersM3 GameUP ANALYSIS: Classification and content-related categorization of collected data. Clustering using machine learning methods.M4 GameUP CHATBOT: End-user application: interactive dialog to convey the contents of GameUPM5 GameUP GAMEPLAN: Integration and embedding of gamification elements
