Starting point: The "Drei-Hasen-Fenster"

As the LNdW is embedded in the city's anniversary, the motto was based on the "Drei-Hasen-Fenster".

Our key visual

The rabbit motif will serve as a visual anchor for the marketing campaign, as it can be combined with backgrounds, icons or other elements.

Paths through the university

The starting point of the wayfinding system is the main entrance. From there, the cultural promenade leads to your offers from the cultural sector, the experimental avenue leads to your ideas from the STEM sector and families with (small) children can go on a voyage of discovery on the knowledge trail.

A look back at the picnic break at the 'Picknick' on 17 June 2026

In the run-up to the first Long Night of Science at Paderborn University, the Executive Board hosted a creative lunch break at the ‘Picknick’ on 17 June 2026. Numerous staff members took the opportunity to chat with one another in a relaxed atmosphere and exchange ideas over a shared picnic.

In keeping with the theme ‘Wissen, wie der Hase läuft’, an origami activity was on the programme. Numerous creative paper rabbits were crafted at the tables, which were subsequently awarded prizes.

Nine colleagues from the Secretarial Network took part and were rewarded for their hard work by winning first prize in the prize draw. As their prize, they received a rabbit-shaped table lamp lovingly designed by Simone Probst (find out more).
