Pre­vent­ive Strength Train­ing for Em­ploy­ees


This service allows you to train in a sport scientific and pleasant environment. Become more aware of your body, feel stronger and more balanced and prevent illnesses caused by a lack of movement (loss of strength, poor posture, osteoporosis, etc.) at the same time.

Target group: Employees of the university (35+ yo), beginners and returners

Training: equipment-supported strength training

Times: Mondays to Fridays from 11:30 - 1pm

Frist time registrations are for at least 6 months and you have to come to the office in person during office hours (Mon – Fri 10 – 12pm Sp 2 1.229) to register.
