Dr. Isabelle Leitloff

Isabelle Leitloff is COLOURS Implementation Office Lead and is therefore responsible for the central coordination of COLOURS activities at UPB and in the region. She is the contact person for implementation measures at UPB, leads the implementation office, and thus acts as an interface between the people involved in the COLOURS work packages, the partner universities, the Coordination & Support Office, and external stakeholders in the region.

She integrates the measures into the well-functioning structures of the UPB, so that the Implementation Office maintain close contact with the Executive board, the International Office, and the administration, as well as with other EU alliances at the national and international level.

She previously served as managing director of the University Council and personal assistant to the president at Europa-Universität Flensburg, and before that as coordinator of an international project and researcher, doctoral candidate, and postdoc, conducting research and working in Germany and abroad.
