For the eighth time in a row, "Personalmagazin“ has named Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Kabst, holder of the professorship for International Business and scientific director of the Paderborn start-up incubator garage33, as one of the "40 leading HR minds" in Germany. This year, he was thus included in the special category of the "Big Five". With this recognition, the "Personalmagazin“ honours all those who have been included more than five times in the list of leading HR minds from management, science and consulting, which is published every two years. According to the editors, these personalities have been shaping developments in HR management for more than a decade and are therefore among the most influential figures in the world of work.

The magazine dedicated a personal superhero cover to all Big Five. Rüdiger Kabst was honoured as "The Entrepreneur". "Entrepreneurship is the catalyst that transforms ideas into business models and start-up projects, thereby enabling personal and economic growth. It is a mindset that masters uncertainty and seizes opportunities. As researchers and teachers in business, we have a unique responsibility to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit in individuals and organisations. Through a culture of entrepreneurship, we can nurture people's potential and enable them to shape the future. I am honoured that this way of thinking as an important component of talent and personality development has now been recognised by "Personalmagazin" for the umpteenth time," says Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Kabst, delighted about the special award.
