This series of events brings together doctoral candidates and postdocs to talk openly about the things that sometimes get overlooked in everyday academic life. We want to create a space for honest conversations and exchange. Come along and bring your questions!

The next Real Talk will take place online on 25 November at 1 pm on the topic of “Visibility in academia: LinkedIn, ResearchGate & Co.” Speaker Prof. Dr. Sven Lindberg, Head of Clinical Developmental Psychology at Paderborn University, will show how research can gain visibility online today. Drawing on his own very active online presence, he’ll share not only theoretical knowledge but, above all, practical experience: What works? How do you build your reach? And how do you ensure that your own research is noticed beyond the specialist community?
