Bessermacher im Spitzensport - Trainingswissenschaftliche Weihnachtsvorlesung mit Arne Greskowiak

Arne Greskowiak ist bekannt als Athletiktrainer, Coach, Speaker, Podcaster und Autor. Seit mehr als 20 Jahren begleitet er Profis und Teams zu Welt- und Europameistertiteln, zu Olympischen Spielen oder durch die Saison.Sein Ziel: Individuelle Leistungsniveaus verbessern! "Orange the World": Paderborn University sets visible signs against violence against women

25 November is Orange Day - the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The UN has been using the colour orange to draw attention to gender-specific violence since 1991: Buildings around the world are lit up in the colour orange as part of the campaign. Paderborn University is once again sending out an important signal this year and is taking part in the day of action.
