UKLO is characterised by a broad and diverse range of courses on offer covering various academic disciplines and closely aligned with the needs of the labour market. With over 200 courses on offer at Bachelor’s, Master’s and doctoral level, the university offers a wide range of academic opportunities.

The university has campuses in several cities across North Macedonia – including Bitola, Prilep, Ohrid, Skopje, Kičevo, Veles and Struga – thereby linking central and regional educational centres into an integrated higher education system.

As a member of the COLOURS Alliance, the University of “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Bitola is actively involved in European educational and research collaborations. Students have the opportunity to take part in international workshops, CoLabs and project-based learning formats, and to work alongside students from other European universities on real-world societal challenges.

UKLO takes part in COLOURS CoLabs on topics such as sustainable development, digitalisation, regional development and social innovation. Working in international teams, students develop practical solutions to current challenges, thereby strengthening their intercultural and subject-specific skills.
