About Christian Bartelheimer

Christian Bartelheimer ist akademischer Rat am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik, insb. Betriebliche Informationssysteme, an der Universität Paderborn. Seine Forschung fokussiert die Gestaltung, Implementierung und Evaluation innovativer Informationssysteme zur Erbringung digitaler Dienstleistungs- und Prozessinnovationen. Zudem untersucht er die Auswirkungen des Einsatzes innovativer IT-Artefakte auf Akteure, Strukturen und Prozesse in Organisationen. Christian ist aktueller Präsident der Special Interest Group for Services (SIG Services) in der Association for Information Systems (AIS) und wissenschaftlicher Leiter der vom BMBF geförderten Projekts Change.WorkAROUND und SHAPE sowie des Lehrinnovationsprojekts #myfirstresearchpaper.

  • Untersuchung der Auswirkungen des Einsatzes innovativer IT-Artefakte auf Akteure, Strukturen und Prozesse in Organisationen (insb. Geschäftsprozesse, Organisationsroutinen, Workarounds)
  • Gestaltung, Implementierung und dem Management digitaler Dienstleistungssysteme (insb. Smart Service System Engineering and Transformation, AI-based Service Systems und Sustainable Service Technology)
