Between 2020 and 2022, the Institute for English and American Studies at Paderborn University developed a digital cooperation with Aston University, Birmingham, United Kingdom, as part of the DAAD initiative “International Virtual Academic Collaboration“ (IVAC). In his presentation on Tuesday July 12 from 1 to 2 p.m., Prof. Dr. Christoph Ehland will introduce the various ways in which students, teachers, and researchers have worked together in the project. In the following discussion, the Birmingham cooperation as well as general ways to start and develop a digital cooperation on different levels can be discussed.

About the event series "International Tuesdays
Various institutions and actors at Paderborn University present their work in the field of internationalization in a relaxed setting during the "International Tuesdays". The participatory format consists of a pulse lecture and a subsequent discussion and serves networking and inspiration. The motto: "Internationalization is fun!". The series of events usually takes place every Tuesday during the lecture period in the lunch break from 1 to 2 pm. Currently, the events take place online via Zoom.
