Main Cam­pus Re­cep­tion Desk

The staff at the reception desk at the main entrance on Warburger Straße can help you find your way around campus and provide general information. They also manage lost property. Documents subject to official deadlines can be submitted there; you will receive confirmation of the date and time of submission.

The Service Center serves as the first point of contact for students seeking guidance on their studies and related organisational matters.

The Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB) supports school students, prospective students, and enrolled students at all stages—from initial advice on courses and degree programmes to enrolment and changing or switching programmes. All advice is free, confidential, and independent of faculties and administrative bodies at Paderborn University.
