In April, the Staff Development Department launched a pilot project with the TwentyOneSkills digital e-learning platform. The platform offers a wide range of online courses for qualification in central competence areas. All courses are specially designed for target groups in research and science management.
The first two groups have now been using the offer and we are very pleased to be able to offer further rounds. The next round will start at October 1st. The courses can again be used for 3 months (October to December).
In the English-language online courses on topics such as career planning, science communication, communication and presentation, agility or time management, you can develop your professional skills. The advantages of e-learning are self-directed learning and flexible access independent of space and time. The offer includes various interactive e-learning formats (depending on the course 20-180 minutes learning time) as well as live formats for deepening and for Germany-wide exchange with other users.
