Not only in the light of recent events, the International Office at UPB offers extensive support for students with a refugee background. Individual advice services, language courses, preparation for studying at UPB, as well as career workshops for refugee students are on offer. Frederike Kallmeyer, advice and support for refugee students, und Sevilay Sahin, labour market orientation workshops for refugee students, will offer an insight into their work and introduce the various programmes for refugee students on Wednesday, June 14, from 1 to 2 p.m. within the event series “International Tuesdays”.

About the event series "International Tuesdays
Various institutions and actors at Paderborn University present their work in the field of internationalization in a relaxed setting during the "International Tuesdays". The participatory format consists of a pulse lecture and a subsequent discussion and serves networking and inspiration. The motto: "Internationalization is fun!". The series of events usually takes place every Tuesday during the lecture period in the lunch break from 1 to 2 pm. Currently, the events take place online via Zoom.
