As part of the precautionary measures to contain the corona epidemic, we are currently restricting all personal contacts to what is necessary. We therefore ask you to refrain from contacting the staff of the International Office personally at this time. This also applies to personal office hours. All office hours are cancelled until further notice.

However, you can still reach us by e-mail. Please always state your AZ number or matriculation number.

If you have questions regarding your application, you are welcome to contact us. During our office hours you can visit us without an appointment to discuss individual questions. To find out who you should turn to and when this person is available, please take a look at the following table:

Counselling in Arabic/Turkish Language

In addition to our regular office hours, the International Office offers an individual counselling (also) in Arabic and Turkish language for refugees, but also for as well as for other interested students
