My teaching and research focus on the didactics and further development of the subject of pedagogy, with particular emphasis on …
- performance-oriented teacher education in pedagogy,
- the design of pedagogy instruction in lower secondary school,
- and critical perspectives on pedagogy that address issues of inequality.
In addition, my research examines teacher shortages from an international perspective.
