Centre for Language Studies (ZfS)

The Centre for Language Studies (ZfS) in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities is the central contact point for all Paderborn University students and staff interested in language learning. We offer semester-time courses for students from all faculties in up to 20 languages and intensive courses during the semester break. We boast a media centre with 18 workstations and a wide variety of learning materials, as well as a wealth of other opportunities for learning languages (tandem programme, advice on language learning, strategy workshops, pronunciation training and much more). We are also an accredited UNIcert©, TOEFL, and DELE test centre.
