Individual support and self-controlled competence development for multicultural living and working environments in the vocational education system.

Aim of the project InLab is the development and implementation of instruments and processes for sustainable, individual development and self-controlled competence development for multicultural living and working environments in the vocational education system.

The project InLab is an element of the federal program "XENOS - Integration und Vielfalt". It is supported by the European Social Fund and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. In cooperation with the Ministry of Education and further education of NRW and the Centre for Vocational Education and Training (Cevet) of the University of Paderborn, it will be implemented in the period of the 15th of February, 2009 to the 14th of February, 2012 at twelve vocational schools in NRW.
