Childcare at the University of Paderborn

The University of Paderborn provides a variety of childcare options for parents who work or study at the university in order to support them in combining family responsibilities and studies. The links below offer more information about individual possibilities.

Emergency and Short-Term Childcare (PUKi)

Children between the ages of one and twelve years old with a parent or guardian at the university can be looked after in short-term childcare by qualified childcare specialists, free of charge.

Summer and Holiday Camps for Kids

Since 1999, summer and holiday camps have been offered directly on campus for children with a parent/guardian at the university. The camps are designed so that they can not only solve parental difficulties for employees and students, but also such that they can offer children a glimpse and encourage their curiosity about and enjoyment of engineering and the hard sciences at an early age.

Day Care Center MS-Kunigunde

The Day Care Center MS-Kunigunde, run by the Student Affairs Office (Studentenwerk) Paderborn, has offered childcare places since 10 Jan 1994 for children of Paderborn students from four months old to six years old.
