Paderborn University attaches great importance to the further education and training of its staff. Since 2000, the university has therefore provided a wide range of pertinent courses and opportunities within the framework of its internal training, continuing and further education program.
As a family-friendly university, Paderborn University firmly believes in designing its employment contracts in such a way as to ensure that childcare and care-giving for relatives in need of care are compatible with the duties of the job. Works agreements on flexitime and telecommuting have been concluded to this end.
