Within the framework of Paderborn University's EOC, the following measures were adopted to promote equal opportunities:
Applications for participation in the application round of the "Provision of a academic staff position/staff appropriations pool for female graduates", "Support for female junior professors and postdoc students through academic staff positions" and "Incentive scheme to increase the proportion of women in professorships" can be submitted until 15 October each year.
Applications for the three grant lines (Förderlinien) can be submitted to the Presiding Committee via the deans' offices by 15 October of each year. The faculty-specific deadlines for the faculty-internal pre-selection will be announced by the deaneries. Persons for whom applications have already been submitted in the first funding round will not be considered again.
