Equal Opportunity Concepts (EOC) at Paderborn University

Within the framework of the Federal and State Programme for Women Professors, a EOC was drawn up at Paderborn University for the first time in 2008. In order to continue on this successful path, Paderborn University will continue the Equal Opportunity Strategy of recent years. The university management has therefore decided to continue the EOC.

For this concept, Paderborn University was awarded the Genderpreis (gender prize) by the Ministry for Innovation, Science, Research and Technology of North Rhine-Westphalia.

On 22 November 2005, Paderborn University was the first university in NRW to be awarded the designation of “family-friendly university”.
