Since 1996, TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland e.V. has pursued the goal of establishing equal opportunities and anchoring them in the long term. This goal is achieved when talents, potentials and competences of both sexes are equally recognized, included and promoted.
In 2018, Paderborn University was awarded the TOTAL E-QUALITY award for the fourth time in a row - this year with the additional Diversity designation. The title is awarded for three years. Previously, Paderborn University had already been awarded the TOTAL E-QUALITY award in 2009, 2012 and 2015.
The award is given to organisations that demonstrate a sustained commitment to equal opportunities for women and men in the workplace.
The award proves that the organisation comprehensively pursues the topic of equal opportunities.
