For 11 years now, the Charta der Vielfalt has been calling on companies, organisations and educational institutions to participate in the annual day of action on "German Diversity Day". As a signatory of the Charta der Vielfalt, it is particularly important for Paderborn University to follow this call and so it was able to demonstrate its commitment to diversity issues on campus once again with an action stand in the library foyer on the 22th of May.

Together with more than 830 organisations , it registered one of a total of over 2,600 actions for #DDT23 and thus once again showed #FlagForDiversity. In addition to a diversity quiz, in which all interested parties could test their knowledge of diversity topics, the discussion partners invited to the day of action from various university-wide institutions and initiatives in the field of diversity were a particular factor for success: At four action stands, they provided information about their diversity-related activities, reported on their everyday work and research, and thus presented the range of existing diversity structures on the Paderborn campus.
