Please inform us immediately in writing of any changes that affect you (e.g. change of marital status, change of address, bank account, birth of a child, etc.). The form provided by the LBV for this purpose for changes of address and bank details can be found here. Please complete and send this form to the Human Resources department - Division 4.2.
