Family Service Office
The Family Service Office is a counselling and information centre for students and employees of Paderborn University and supports you in balancing your career or studies with your family life.
The focus of the counselling and information services is on balancing professional/study obligations and responsibility for children as well as caring for relatives in need of care.

The Family Service Office will be closed from July 27 to August 10, 2026. For urgent matters, please contact Regina Sprenger: regina.sprenger@uni-paderborn.de. If you need childcare or have general questions regarding the PUKi short-term childcare program, please contact Beatrix Langguth: puki@upb.de.
For questions regarding employment and civil service matters, please contact the Human Resources Department exclusively.
