State Conference of the Equal Opportunities Officers of the Universities and University Clinics of North Rhine-Westphalia (LaKof NRW)

The State Conference of Equal Opportunities Representatives of the Universities and University Clinics of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (LaKof NRW) is an association of equal opportunities representatives from North Rhine-Westphalia which, in accordance with the State Equal Opportunities Act (Landesgleichstellungsgesetz, LGG), represents the implementation of equal opportunities for women and men at universities across all universities. It is a forum for exchange, cooperation, and political activity among the central equal opportunities officers at state level. Permanent representatives are the state spokespersons, including Irmgard Pilgrim, the Central Equal Opportunities Officer of Paderborn University.
