E-learning on AI skills in the Central University Administration
This e-learning course offers a concise and practical introduction to the use of artificial intelligence in the Central University Administration!
Learn how generative AI tools can support your day-to-day work and gain an understanding of how they work, as well as the typical challenges and risks involved. The course provides answers to key questions: How do AI applications work in administration, and which tasks can be carried out more efficiently with them? What legal and ethical requirements must be observed? How can AI be used responsibly and securely? And which methods and workflows help to make the most of AI’s potential?
Self-coaching on procrastination from the ProLernen advice centre
The UPB’s in-house KOMO course offers a comprehensive self-coaching package: fascinating insights and research findings on procrastination, self-assessment tests and prompts for reflection, as well as practical strategies to combat procrastination that can be put into practice straight away in everyday life! Presented in the form of short YouTube videos, podcasts and worksheets. Further information is available from the ProLernen counselling service.
