Paderborn University’s staff development concept for early-career researchers and junior academics
On 17 May 2017, Paderborn University published its staff development concept for early-career researchers and junior academics in its official bulletins. The staff development concept was designed by Division 4.5, in close consultation with the Executive Board, the faculties, the staff councils, the representative for equal opportunities and severely disabled persons and the senate.
