Paderborn University's central event management team is not only responsible for organising presidential events, we are also happy to advise and support you in organising your events.
No matter whether it is a workshop, a festive event or a conference: We are here for you and look forward to hearing from you!
We can help you
- clarify basic organisational questions,
- find the right premises and advise you on equipment,
- identify the right contacts in the organisation for all financial, tax and contractual issues relating to your event,
- when it comes to accommodation and catering for participants.

Small celebration 2026
On Friday, 31 July 2026, the ‘Kleine Fest’ took place from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm to mark the anniversary of the founding of the University of Paderborn, centred around the Grill Café.
In glorious sunshine, the numerous guests enjoyed cold refreshments, light music and a relaxed atmosphere.
We would like to thank everyone who attended and look forward to seeing you again at the next ‘Kleine Fest’.
