We cordially invite all new employees of Paderborn University to our welcome event!
This is offered twice a year in spring and autumn.

What can you expect at the event?
After a welcome from the university management, you will learn some interesting facts about the university in the UPB quiz and get to know your points of contact as an employee at the information market.

Next welcome event
The next event is planned for 18th November 2026 (14.00-16.00). We look forward to receiving your registration (preferably by 02nd November) (see forms below)!

For international employees, a short welcome (approx. 30 minutes) will be held in English by Welcome Services before the actual event. If you would like to attend, please let us know in the comments section of the registration form.
