Target group	The course is aimed at employees who need English language skills for their work at Paderborn University and already have previous knowledge at level A2.
Group size	max. 12 participants
Content	This is a general English course suitable for employees who already have a basic knowledge of English at A2 level. Students can refresh and expand their existing language skills at CEFR B1 level. The English File Intermediate course book provides engaging texts, audios and videos aimed at motivating participants and boosting their confidence to communicate in English in everyday situations. This course starts at the beginning of the intermediate course book and is ideal for students who have completed the pre-intermediate course and newcomers at B1 level alike. Trainer	Eileen Saager
Trainer´s background	Eileen Saager is a native of Ireland. She obtained the CELTA Qualification (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from the University of Cambridge in Dublin. For many years, she has lived and worked in Paderborn as an English language teacher in adult education and has led group and individual classes in various well-known companies in the area. Since 2008, she has been a lecturer at the ZfS. Parallel to this, she has participated in numerous further training courses in foreign language didactics.
