Introduction of the self-service document system for students

Dear students,

The document self-service feature in PAUL has been successfully tested over the past few weeks in a pilot phase with the ‘Academic Record’ document amongst students at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics. The service, including the academic record, is now available to all students at Paderborn University.
You can use the Document Self-Service to conveniently access important certificates online – regardless of the administration’s opening hours. The academic transcript is currently available; the certificate of enrolment will be activated next week.

You can find this feature on the PAUL web portal under: Studies > Document Self-Service
You can find the documents you have generated under ‘My Data > My Documents’.

Information on how to use the system can be found on the PAUL information pages at www.uni-paderborn.de/studium/paul-info/hilfe-fuer-studierende in the user guides, in particular under ‘Getting started with the PAUL campus management system’.

Please note that other documents can still only be created following a separate examination or upon individual request.
If you have any questions or encounter technical issues, PAUL Support will be happy to assist you.

Kind regards
