Sightseeing in Paderborn

  1. The Paderborn Cathedral: The Paderborn Cathedral is one of Paderborn's most striking landmarks. You can enter and visit the cathedral for free, but if you are more interested in the architecture or history, you can book a guided tour in advance for five euros.   2. Paderquellen and Paderwiese: The Paderquellen are situated in downtown Paderborn with many opportunities for relaxing walks, or just sitting down and enjoying the view of the springs.   3. Paderborn Old Town: The Old Town of Paderborn is located near the Paderquellen and is characterised by narrow but beautiful streets and historic half-timbered houses. 
  4. Neuhaus Castle: In contrast to the other attractions on this list, Neuhaus Castle is not located in Paderborn city center, but in the northern district of "Schloss Neuhaus". There are various places to visit in and around the castle, such as various museums and changing exhibitions, the castle and meadow park and various seasonal attractions. (Google Maps).
  5. Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum: The Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum is the largest computer museum in the world and offers a range of events in addition to its exhibition.
