If your submission is assigned  to an oral session, please note that the time slots for oral presentations are only 15 minutes each! You should plan for a 12 minutes talk and 3 minutes of questions afterwards. A laptop with PowerPoint (version 2016) and Adobe Acrobat is available. It will also be possible to play back audio files. You are requested to upload your presentation to this laptop before the session starts. Please note that due to the limited time it is not possible to use your own laptop for the presentation.

If your submission was chosen to be presented in form of a poster, please pay attention to the following guidelines:

• Poster presentation space is limited to the dimension 92cm x 133cm (see picture below). This is enough space for DIN A0 portrait format (H x B = 120cm x 85cm) .
• DIN A0 landscape formt does not fit.
• The poster should be easy to read at a distance of around 2m.

Material to affix your poster will be available on site.
