Annual appraisals at Paderborn University
Paderborn University is currently planning the university-wide rollout of annual appraisals. Annual appraisals aim to help promote an open communication culture and respectful working environment. This leadership and staff development tool offers superiors and employees the opportunity to address not only issues relating to their work, but also their personal wishes, expectations and goals. It entails a discussion about tasks and work organisation, the working environment, as well as leadership and co-operation. The annual appraisal is intended for all temporary and permanent academic and non-academic Paderborn University staff.
