Peer coaching for female postdoc academics and researchers

Paderborn University’s peer coaching program gives female academics and researchers time and space to set concrete goals and to work on these goals, explore new avenues and celebrate successes with other members in the group. In addition to setting personal goals, participants can hone their advisory and communication skills in discussions with each other, skills which will also serve them well outside the group. The term “peer” is used here because the group of female academics and researchers are in a similar situation, with a common professional focus, just in different disciplines. The aim is to coach, motivate and support each other as peers.
