Virtual Fair for (prospective) students (especially from UK & Ireland)
On Tuesday, 16 May between 2 and 7 pm (CET) the 1st German Higher Education Virual Fair UK and Ireland is taking place. The online platform offers the possibility to download information material and chat with advisors from different universities. Registration and participance is for free. Register now! On Thursday, 30 March at 4:45 pm the International Office takes part in the Study in Europe Webinar Series Russia. Students from Russian speaking countries who are interested in studying abroad will receive information about living and studying in Paderborn. Registration via Study in Europe. Welcome to Paderborn University - 65 new exchange students start at Paderborn University
On Thursday, 2 March, new exchange students of UPB´s international partner Universities were greeted by Nicola Weinert and Kerstin Ollech (both International Office).

According to the motto "Turkey as a european partner - Week of the German-Turkish collaboration at the University of Paderborn" (details only available in German) from 8th to 11th December a Turkey-week takes place.
In these four days events about science, research, academic exchange, economy and culture are planned.
First English Campus Map
The first English Campus Map was published and will be distributed in the university.
Furthermore there is a new map with signs for toilets and parking spaces for people with disabilities, first-aid-rooms etc.. Thanks to all supporters, especially the building department, equal opportunity commissioner, Employee Committee, representative body for employees with disabilities, student union and the course guidance centre.

New Advisor for Incoming Exchange Students
After 20 years of working for University of Paderborn, Ms. Angelica Brebeck is retiring on the 20th of August. Ms. Nicola Weinert will take over her role and will be the new Incoming Advisor.
