After completing your doctorate, there are many career paths open to you - but finding the right one is not that easy. The Jenny Aloni Center for Early-Career Researchers would like to support you in your career orientation with a new series of events. At our CAREER SPOTLIGHTS you can meet scientists who have already taken the next career step and talk about their experiences and decision-making process. In addition the CAREER SPOTLIGHT is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other PhD students and postdocs!

After the great success of our first CAREER SPOTLIGHT on Junior Professorships in November the Jenny Aloni Center for Early-Career Researchers invites you to set the spotlight on another topic. Meet an experienced scientists Professor Miriam Strube (Department of English and American Studies) and Professor Jan Sperling (Department of Physics) talking about their research stays abroad and discussing the role of international connections for a successful career.
