Technology Transfer at the University of Paderborn

The staff of the Technology Transfer Centre at the University of Paderborn are the central contact partners for cooperation and collaboration between industry and science. Inquiries from business and industry are forwarded specifically to the relevant scientists and researchers at the university so that they can work together with the companies on drawing up collaborative solutions to the problem at hand. Furthermore, the staff at the Technology Transfer Centre advise inventors from the university and take on the administrative support within the scope of the patent and commercial exploitation process. In order to accelerate technology transfer into business and industry, a collaborative exploitation strategy has been drawn up together with the Universities of Bielefeld, Dortmund, Münster and Paderborn within the scope of the POWeR Network.
