German MBE-Workshop 2015

This year, the national MBE workshop is organized jointly by the Optoelectronics and the Nanophotonics & Nanomaterials groups at the University of Paderborn.

The workshop will take place on the 21st & the 22nd of September 2015.

This meeting will continue the successful series of workshops which in the past years were held in Darmstadt (2014), Dresden (2013) and Hannover (2012).

The workshop is devoted to the exchange of know-how and experience concerning all topics related to molecular beam epitaxy.

Thus, scientific contributions are as welcome as contributions addressing technical aspects or specific problems and challenges.
